MAN WITH A PLAN

John Robert Wiltgen’s close friend, Kurt Ritter, President and CEO of Rezidor, was presented the “Corporate Hotelier of the World” award on November 11, 2002 by Jeff Weinstein, Editor in Chief of HOTELS. The Ritter family hosted family and friends from all around the world for a full week packed with receptions, dinners, theatre, and fun in New York City. Kurt’s wife, Lara, called John and asked him to surprise Kurt and sing for him and his guests at a private celebratory dinner hosted by the Carlson family at the Rainbow Room crowning Rockefeller Center in mid town Manhattan. All guests stayed at Rezidor’s five star Wall Street Regent Hotel.
