When a globetrotting family with homes in several of the world’s major cities chose Trump International Tower for their Chicago residence, they empowered John Robert Wiltgen Design (JRWD) to transform 4,000 sq. ft. of raw space into incomparable glamour. JRWD provided an award-winning total design package by taking full charge of all aspects of the project – architecture, design, general contracting, furniture selection, and all of the artwork. Their work won the Home Builder’s Association of Greater Chicago’s 2010 Gold Key Award for ``Excellence in Housing Design". It is also featured in the January 2011 issue of Luxe Magazine.
Pleased with the results, the clients commissioned JRWD to design their residential enclave in a city 7,000 miles away. It includes a 20,000+ sq. ft. main house, gate houses, three guest residences, a pool pavilion, staff quarters, formal gardens and parking for more than 30 cars. | |
