The family’s realtor recommended John Robert Wiltgen Design because the firm had designed and constructed numerous homes at The Residences at Chicago Place. This project was no exception. The JRWD construction team of skilled laborers and artisans gutted this residence, refined the space plan, created and installed a new master bathroom suite, powder room, and kitchen as well as beautiful Santos Mahogany hardwood floors with exotic inlays and walls of custom designed built-ins. Artwork and furnishings with sentimental value were integrated into this luxurious condominium.
