| Living in a large traditional home in the suburbs, the clients gave JRWD a list of all the things they wanted for their in-town residence. The designers recommended they purchase three adjoining condominiums instead of two, providing sufficient space to fulfill all their wishes. John Robert Wiltgen Design created the space plan combining the three units into one gracious home that featured a dramatic entry with skyline views, living room with wet bar, formal dining room with inlaid marble floors, family room, custom kitchen with pass through and breakfast bar, three guest bedroom suites and an exquisite master bedroom suite that included a separate study, enormous walk-in closet, and magnificent bathroom. JRWD prepared all the construction documents, obtained the building permits, acted as the general contractor and supplied the furniture and furnishings for this art deco inspired residence just steps off Michigan Avenue. |  |
