| THE
PROMENADE |

When Senco Properties decided to develop the Promenade they
called upon the award winning design team of John Robert Wiltgen,
IIDA to create their off-site sales center located at 120 South
Halsted Street, Chicago, Il. More than 50% of the project was
sold from this location. When the building was enclosed Senco
Properties commissioned the design team to install a furnished
two-bedroom model on the west side of the building and to complete
the lobby. This is the 7th project that Senco Properties has
developed using the expertise of John Robert Wiltgen Design,
Inc.

To
integrate the artwork and furnishings with the architecture
of this two-bedroom home at the Promenade, the design team at
John Robert Wiltgen Design, Inc. selected furnishings that were
clean and simple. The off-white color palette showcases the
furnishings and contemporary artwork. The variety and combination
of textures, including the broken glass dining table top, make
this interior rich and classic. |

In
the second bedroom of this two-bedroom condominium, the design
team at John Robert Wiltgen Design, created an intimate sitting
room. The built-in wall of bookshelves is painted the same color
as the wall and trim. An overscaled Modon painting on paper,
installed above the sofabed, adds drama and style to the space.
Opposite the sofabed, Wiltgen's team installed a flat screen
television from Bang and Olufsen. |
