TOWN of FORT SHERIDAN

John Robert Wiltgen Design transformed a hole in the ground into an impressive 5,000 square foot home in three and one-half months at Fort Sheridan, developed by Red Seal Homes. Beginning with an initial set of plans, more than 45 pages of working drawings, elevations and specifications were created. Daily site inspections ensured the quality of materials and workmanship, and expertly restored one of a kind antiques and original art were integrated to create a warm, personal style. In 2000, The Chicago Home Builder’s Association of Greater Chicago acknowledged John Robert Wiltgen Design with two awards for this home design. This model home sold completely furnished.
