| American Invsco developed six 5,000 square foot Sky View Homes on the roof of the parking garage at Millennium Centre, a 57-story luxury condominium high rise. John Robert Wiltgen Design created the space plan and finish specifications of a virtual tour, illustrating the grace and elegance of the exquisite residences. The dramatic interior design concept included an exceptional combination of one of a kind antiques, museum quality art and accessories, as well as the finest contemporary furniture and furnishings. As a result of this virtual tour, JRWD was hired to provide the construction drawings and material specifications for two of the six buyers of the Sky View Homes. In 2002, prices started at $2.4 million. |  |
