| This Neo-Gothic 226 unit loft building located at 728 West Jackson, Chicago was John Robert Wiltgen Design, Inc’s first project for American Invsco. In 1994, they commis-sioned JRWD to create two unique model homes in the concrete loft building. Impressed with their professional skills and creativity the designers were also hired to install a model home in the next phase of the development, an adjacent timber loft building. Due to the success of the project, John Robert Wiltgen Design, Inc. was contracted to work on nine other projects for American Invsco. |  |
