GOTHAM LOFTS CHICAGO

Located in Chicago’s Southwest loop, Gotham Lofts is a 187-unit condominium building developed by Fifield Realty Corporation. John Robert Wiltgen Design created two models and the sales center. One model was traditional, the other contemporary and colorful. JRWD also reviewed the preliminary architectural drawings, refining the layout to improve the space plan. Three months after their installation, 90 percent of all units were sold.
