| John Robert Wiltgen Design pioneers "green" living utilizing innovative sustainable materials throughout Emerald, a 212-unit residential development in Chicago. The environmentally friendly 8,000 square-foot lobby, award winning sales center and finish specifications include bamboo and recycled glass terrazzo flooring, futuristic LED lighting and chic ecological furnishings created out of recycled polyester and wood from quickly renewable forests. JRWD´s concept for the lobby attracted many stories in the press and electronic media. In 2007, Emerald was also voted Chicago´s most eco-friendly community. |  |
