Rezmar Development located 17 attached, single-family homes on Chicagos historic Prairie Avenue. John Robert Wiltgen Design created the concept for the model, modifying the architectural plans to fulfill the needs and dreams of todays buyers, in conjunction with an interior reflecting the history of the area combined with 21st century technology. In 2001, the base prices of these homes before upgrades, ranged between $1.2 and $1.9 million. In 2003, The Chicago Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago presented John Robert Wiltgen Design with two awards for this installation. Exterior designed by Papageorge-Haymes Architects, Inc.
