THE CALIFORNIAN on WILSHIRE

The Californian is a 24 story, 80 unit building on Los Angeles´ fashionable Wilshire Corridor. In 2004, the price of the residences ranged from $2 million to $4.5 and this luxurious building sold out quickly. John Robert Wiltgen Design ensure this success by reviewing and enhancing the architectural floor plans. JRWD also created the sales center´s model kitchen and master bath. Numerous Californian buyers opted to emulate these immensely popular kitchen and bath standards. It was the third project the design team completed for Fifield Realty.
