The Royalton Towers consists of 55 luxury condominiums built on top of a parking garage in the Old Town Triangle by Senco Properties.  John Robert Wiltgen Design created the decor for the model home, sales center, lobby and common areas.  The challenge was integrating the ambience of this new structure with the warmth and charm of the historic neighborhood.  Much consideration was given to the solution, which resulted in two awards from The Home Builder's Association of Greater Chicago.
