John Robert Wiltgen Design created the off site sales center for The Promenade. More than 50 percent of the project sold from this location. When the building was enclosed, JRWD installed a furnished two bedroom model and completed the lobby. This represented the ninth project Senco Properties developed utilizing the expertise of JRWD.
