| Paper Place Loftominiums was once the Chicago Paper Company factory, built in 1915. John Robert Wiltgen introduced the developer to Baldwin Historic Properties, who obtained landmark status for this building designed by Daniel Burnham. This important distinction gave homebuyers a valuable eight-year property tax freeze. This incentive, along with exceptional JRWD models, were key sales factors resulting in the commission (for the designers) of the largest home at Paper Place and future John Robert Wiltgen Design and American Invsco collaborations. |
