John Robert Wiltgen Design initially created a model in the sales trailer for Kinzie Station.  After the concrete high-rise was built by CMC Heartland Partners, JRWD designed and installed two additional models, the lobby and common areas.  Original condominium space plans were also refined, opening the kitchens to the living/dining areas for a dramatic loft like feel.
