| The Gotham Lofts building was originally a harness factory built in 1917. Canadian Equity and Development contracted John Robert Wiltgen Design, Inc to review the architecture of the individual units and design, furnish, and install the sales center and three model homes for Toronto’s first hard loft residential development. The majority of homes were small, some only 685 S.F. and required every inch of space be used most efficiently. To everyone’s amazement, the smallest lofts were the first units to sell out in the building and the two bedroom model home sold completely furnished. |
